Refund policy

RETURNS

At Lilebu, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right. You may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 30 days of your ship date.

All returns must include a valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a return label fee. Any promotions, discounts, or coupons applied at the time of purchase will be factored into the refund amount.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, as well as any Duty and taxes incurred, are non-refundable. 

Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.

All returned items are inspected by our team before a refund is processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note the following:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
• Personalized, engraved, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• All returns must include proof of purchase.
